Our challenge was to rename and rebrand ‘Men on the Side of the Road’ – the non-profit organisation linking aspiring artisans and labourers to work opportunities – without losing its popular brand awareness.
So we simplified the name and old logo, keeping enough elements to maintain brand recognition, with enough change to signify that they were stepping up. This work led to our being asked to bring our design and writing talents to the assistance of Black Umbrellas, a sister organisation that helps small businesses to get on their feet.
